In recent history JAT has made deals to buy companies and factories that included shares as a component. Possibly VWAP periods have been manipulated by parties other than JAT the parent company.
I personally would expect JAT to continue on this path of purchasing majority holdings in company's and factories. Why would they stop this successful strategy? Long term this should play out well for holders. Maybe even better than we anticipate.
