Looks like they just borrowed 4 mil recently to pay ANMA, total debt now is 5.675mil. So they prefer loan instead of diluting shareholders. Why not? since they can find strong finance supports and no need to pay broker fees etc, sounds good to me. Happy with the approach!!!
Maybe they want options to lapse but in saying that maybe not many here aware that there was a condition for the option holders that, if they do not exercise the option they will not allowed to participate future CR. So if they believe in JAT and want big chunk of it, surely they will exercise them even at current sp 5c, as they can't buy 60 mil share on market.
