I agree. If a leader of the firm dodges public health rules to see a game of rugby, what business practices are considered OK by the Board and the Executive Team? I think we need to hear from the chairman on this one. AMS is one of my highest conviction holdings, but decades of experience in business tells me that executive behaviour can be an important leading indicator of business success.
