I guess my response to that would be,

A board of directors/management team fortunately consists of many members which enables the coy as a whole to make collective decisions, however in saying that without having any in depth knowledge of the board structure of the coy's you mention then as a whole they may be lacking.

The huge advantage that the IBG board has is that it consists of members from Glencore and Nyrstar who have a vested interest in the success of Citronen and who's coy's have undoubtedly proven themselves over the years and bring with them a wealth of experience in not only building but also managing mines around the globe.

As sure as night follows day, Citronen will be a mine in the near future.
