lets start by Sacking Joyce, that will save 4 mil.+ . A Japanese CEO will work for less than 1 mil. I think I need a bonus for that idea. Now Who are his underlings ? I intended to sack them all and replace them with Asian executives as They will work for a much cheaper rate. Japan knows to reduce Executives wages if they are unsuccessful. Qantas Asian solution should have Asian Executives don't you think.
