Simple answer....no.
The PM had indicated that the PSC would not be a decision making body, rather, a body that can look at the process and then convey to the public that the correct process was followed.
This is why there are no opposition members comprising any part of it....they cannot influence the decision to issue the TOL.
The Science Minister said that he would look at making a decision quickly.
Timing is unknown, but generally when all the facts are know, decisions have been made quickly. So hopefully by tomorrow we'll have an answer.
