re: target statement out with cdo valued at about J, yeah it looks to be shaping up nicely. I don't have much confidence in the Affinity mob. Nice guys but in terms of strategy, I think they are a bit green -- basically bean counters. Let's just say that I would love to have them in a poker game or on the other side of a chess board! They have made a number of missteps so far and I don't think it will get better.

My only concern is that they are so 'keystone cop' that the competitive tension to drive up the price never really gets built up. I feel already like the market doesn't take them seriously in their bid. That is just my impatience speaking though, I know the time frames are normal.

Anyway, lets see.
