Another Dem term will ensure the status-quo, unless the Trump-tards do burn the joint down. Where as a Rep win sounds like they want to steer the country towards less free trade, sanctions and tariffs.
It's not like Australia actually owns any of it resources anyway.... Let it all burn and Canberra can quietly assume ownership of the assets and resources currently owned by America.
