Not true, Biden only had a few docs that he agreed to hand back immediately when requested.
Trump has boxes and boxes of docs at Mar-A-Largo and refused to return them. Thats why he got raided by the DOJ.
He was also taped moving boxes secretly to another location.
Further there is strong evidence that Trump used those docs illegally by providing top secret information to foreign actors namely Russia and Saudi Arabia.
