is kanmantoo a good project ?

I have a very quick story, but its not as flowery or euphemistic as some of the other scribes on these forums

When I first started my business many years ago, I approached the bank manager and I presented him with the business plan and projections. He listened intently and then said "that sounds good. Here sign this document putting up your house as collateral and we'll give you the money"

I said "but that's my family home, I don't want to put it up"

He said "yeah, but your plan and projections show such good profits and you just told me its very low risk"

I said "yeah but what if it goes wrong and I lose my house"

He said "SO, IF YOU AREN'T CONFIDENT ENOUGH TO BACK YOUR PROJECT WITH YOUR MONEY, HOW CAN YOU EXPECT US TO ?"

The last sentence has stayed with me for the rest of my business life.
