If you are willing to lose 100% capital it is a safe bet. Management is poor and not changing, Thailand is being run by the Generals who are able to negotiate with force. Thus you have to trust that current management can get funding for sth America. Let’s face it they could not get a second mine up and running when they had free cashflow, they are in a worse position now ( have a look they have been kicking the can down the road for a decade)
If as I said you are willing to lose capital then you may be able to trade some coin, however it would not take too long nor much research to find a better bet than investing in KCN or Thailand.
