Surely IOH is worth $1 per tonne rock bottom for a scrip takeover. I make that a share price of $4.24ish.
If someone wants it they will have to pay for it; I don't imagine Stokes became as successful as he has by doing pansy deals. He certainly drove a very hard deal on the way in.
