You will have my vote as well.

But i tell you, it appears to be a done deal for the directors. They wouldn't have this suggestion on the table, if they didn't get the vote of confidence.

My gut feeling tells me that we will survive through this ordeal (just). I suspect they have some sort of announcement up their sleeve in the next couple of days or weeks leading to the annual general meeting, in order to gain the confidence of investors.

The directors aren't done yet. They still want to continue milking the company hundred $K in their salaries.

But the share consolidation is definitely "No" for me.
