Just read through yesterdays UraMin release. They currently work at the Trekkopje BFS - a low grade uranium deposit. They announced that they were granted an EPL (No. not disclosed) roughly surronding their current tenements. Specially along the North-Eastern and Southwestern trend. Klein Spitzkoppe (contested proposed licence no. 5 in the ERN map) is situated to the North East (some 30-35 km). The granted area is said to comprise some 1,000 sqkm. UraMin has quite a good standing in Namibia because their CEO Sam Joonah has a close to "god-status" in Africa. This would be sort of a set back because I regard the area No. 5 as highly prospective and in fact the Klein Spitzkoppe deposit has a historic resoure at 3.2 Mio lb @ 287ppm uranium, according to Wise uranium.
Any comments?
