One of many possible reasons; there are short & med term investors and need to sell at any price once their timeline is breached.
I relay on FA and TA is not my strength, but even for someone like me the charts point towards the likely outcome on how this is going to play out, then there is the benefit of knowing why the SP is currently this low combined with extremely low volume traded daily...none of the large holders/ funds are selling...to me it's very clear of what's happening... and without disclosing to much, like I said earlier today; If you can't beat them, join them.
