How would running your eye over the top 50 help you?
If its some members of the top 50 that are accumulating you wont see in in their holdings. They're accumulating so the buy and sell under many different entities to hide their actual holding amount. They sell and buy from one of their entities to another.
The accumulator is also keeping the price low, as soon as it starts to climb they stop buying and sell so it falls back lower.
