Exactly, but probably 10-20 times more by 2030.
China are also big net oil importers with their own reservoirs declining. They also have some of the most polluted cities in the world and it is impacting their health.
I think the above policy is only the tip of their plans. I have no doubt we'll see China announce plans to be EV-only in the coming few years, with a 2030, or 2040 target.
