Yes we shareholders were lead to believe that they were going to convert at higher rates, what a joke !
Yes they have ruined my and my friends investment and so did the old BOD by not coming together to find a funding solution out of this mess.
They SAT there and did nothing in the face of the US market blowing their debt ceiling, they then canned the only deal on the table and then they all sailed off into the sunset to leave a huge mess for the newly appointed directors.
Going by the last raising put to shareholders, they all made a great return quickly after, we may see the same sort of result if they can deliver the goods for Datang and finally start the DFT.
