    MALCOLM Turnbull has sidestepped questions on Peter Dutton’s controversial remarks about ‘illiterate’ refugees taking Australian jobs.



    Speaking in Sydney, Opposition Leader Bill Shorten said Mr Dutton’s comments “insult refugees and indeed our great immigration history”

    “They are comments Pauline Hanson would make,” Mr Shorten said.

    There needs to be an investigation into our immigration policies.
