Is lck getting t.o from China?

So the latest news about Tony sending out a email to holders about a hong Kong link then he couldn't confirm it?

The loan they got for 3m from a director (Chinese?) that the loan lasted for 8 weeks n had a interests of 2.5m?
Pay him back 5.5m ??

Now the big news that 60m shares will be out to who? Most likely the Chinese will snap them up and vote for a t.o via a Chinese company? What price? Who knows.

but another note. How the heck are they burning through 2.35m when pcd finish ages ago and cost was finish last qauter?

another note. Why are they giving at 60m at an discounted price? I'm not sure they be available for share holders just the top 20 or top 10.

maybe that's why somone transfer 16m share to an friend to get them in the top 10 to get those 60m shares?
