These business 'tycoons' are just doing what they always do: - putting their own pecuniary interests FIRST. So what's new?
The Federal Government's job is to govern, the opposition's job is to srutinise and analyse proposed Government legislation or to quote a now departed MP - 'to keep the bastards honest'.
I believe that another stimulatory package is required (but not neccessarily with everything that is proposed) but to pass legislation without due care and scrutiny when the expenditure is so vast, seems to indicate that the Government is in panic mode.
