Jujuy is a big diverse province - San Salvador de Jujuy (commonly known as just Jujuy) is 170km away in lowland forest at 125m altitude and enjoys a humid subtropical climate as opposed to the desert conditions at 3900m
Nearest town seems to be Susques - just over the hill (and of course hills can have big implications for where rain falls) but at least there seems to be some weather information online

Weather won't be exactly the same as Olaroz but at least it is within about 40km and at similar, albeit 300m lower, altitude.
January, 1 day light rain, 2 days drizzle
February, 1 day drizzle
March, nothing
April, nothing
May, nothing
June, nothing
July, nothing
August, nothing
There may be rainfall stats on the met service site but I haven't been able to find them...

Nothing to suggest a problem from the above, but pond performance will be far more affected by humidity and wind conditions on the dry days than any setback from a few days of rain. Advice throughout the year indicates lithium inventories are building at least in line with nameplate rates so presumably both wells and ponds are performing as expected.
