you can deny facts as much as you like but the truth is that viral infections cause all manner of problems and COVID has been proven to impact people for a very long time.

multiple infections accumulate organic damage mostly through blood clotting, a recognised effect of the virus. this can result in ministrokes, loss of functioning in segments of the heart, lungs, kidneys etc.

to call covid a scam is to deliberately ignore facts.
