Could be a few FPSO vessels laid up at the time FAR need one.
Subsea infrastructure and installation costs are also likely be at a discount cost as very little competition from other offshore activity. To many Rig support vessels laid up and pricing is very competitive refer Mermaid Marine for confirmation of that comment
Oil is near to or at bottom USD is too expensive
The more you think about it the more you see the upside logic, its going to be perfect timing for FAR IMO
