3. MIN had to fund 7.5Mtpa plant capacity. That makes the economics considerably different to 2Mtpa. 150Mt JORC is meaningless if you don't use it
So what you're really saying is your neighbour sold their house in 2017, you're trying to sell in 2019, you have the same size block but you have a 2 bedroom 1 bath and your neighbour had a 5 bedroom, 3 bath but you're neighbours and your block size is the same so should be comparable right?
