On the Sale of the By-products - Synthetic Gypsum and synthetic roadbase?
I can understand that the by-product would be a synthetic gypsum for making plaster board equivalent.I can see a Commercial market for this.Its conceivable that Lynas might have to export this only to have it imported back again as a Building product free of the restrictions placd on Lynas.Silly but possible.

Its a bit more of a stretch of the imagination to understand how the Ore - After being firstly undergoing the concentration process and then subjected to acid and extreme heat at the Lamp would have any stone /aggregate left for manufacturing roadbase.
Would it be more likely be the intention that the byproduct would be got rid of by burying it in roadbase by mixing it as a fine binder ,then bitumen sealing the roads ?If this is the case there would be no Commecial market for this as its just dumping in another form.
