More false/misleading information. Lynas customer contracts are confidential so unless the information is provided in company announcements, their is no way of knowing for a fact that not all contracts have floor prices.
What we do know is that in past reports, Lynas has mentioned floor prices in the majority of customer agreements. It would be safe to assume that all contracts have floor prices IMO. This assumption is also justified by Lynas recent announcement that they are setting a minimum price schedule.
Problem is that without demand, minimum price schedules are useless.
