Ikey...don't buy that theory one little bit..
If M&G are sellers then that would be very detrimental to the stock price.
It is possible however that the deal with OW does not sit well with M&G and their forseeable returns expected.
We will know soon enough.

This is just not right...go back to August 2010 for proof of that.
