M&G would have known full well, nay expected that dilution of some form would come in the event of finance arrangements for plant etc, recent developments will be of no surprise to them.
WM said that any further/future cap raising will involve all shareholders and that will include M&G, so further dilution not an issue, imo.
Cant see why they might be unhappy, their investment has been significantly derisked.
