I find it strange though maybe my search was too limited and it is listed elsewhere. I could not find it elsewhere and If the Malta government has put up $5mil then I would have expected to find it.

For any holders - this is a red flag. It will pay you to contact MGC itself and find out what is the full story. If I was still investor in MXC then I would do so to try and protect my investment. Something does not feel right to me anyway.
