I'm scratching my head wondering why RHM is not trading at 60 cents plus. I've had my rant about the woeful lack of communication to shareholders but I think this can be extended to a woeful lack of marketing or spruiking of the stock to potential institutional investors to get some buying pressure behind the srock price.
My concern is that if the banks are only prepared to lend part of the funds to develop the mine the balance will need to be made up with equity. Raising equity at these levels will cause significant dilution compared with a raising at significant higher share prices. The bigger the dilution the bigger the limit on the potential share price upside
I wonder whether Max and his team have the nouse and experience to transition RHM from exploere to producer in a way that maximises the benefit to all shareholder
