    i think it's a small company trying to avoid exacerbating shareholder tension by refunding money for shares that would be provided in the red.

    i'm a holder and i'd love for him to be right - but i can't see it happening that way.

    i think the best possible outcome is an institutional placement and as high a debt facility as possible.
