At a quick look at what MK has ones, namely borrowing from other companies he was involved/part controlled to pay the debts/invest in other companies - there could be some serious breaches of the Corporations Act.

If anything s180(or 181) - the directors duty of due care and diligence - could take a look in.

the way money was being shifted around seemed dangerous to me even before all this happened,
