is money flowing in or out the past 2 months?

Hi friends,

Attached is a Chaikin Money Flow chart showing the direction of money flow as seen against the direction of the price marked for the last 2 months.



As you can see, the immediate 2 weeks the flow of money has been out of the stock, as both the chaikin MFI and the price direction has been down for the past 2 weeks( see the last 2 weeks part of the chart). But this has been a trending down within the longer 2 months trend where there has been a positive divergence between the price and the Chaikin Money Flow Indicator. As has been marked on the chart, the MFI has been trending up whilst the price has been down, setting up a positive divergence between money flow and price- the money flow has been trending up over the past 2 months as can be seen from the MFI.

As this is the short term trading forum, we will not go into future projections of trends and cycles which encompass a much longer duration.
