is monoco credible ?

I think we need to raise the question:
"Will BQT ever receive $9,500,000"

BQT's ASX announcement says that they money is payable "on the assignment of BQT's intellectual property"

What has to happen before this assignment occurs?

Who is the 'Consortium of Designers and Engineers' that Monoco Ltd. represents? I can't find any mention of these guys anywhere in the world.

Monoco seems to be an organisation run by Neil Rhiando and helped by his dad Max, not a collaboration of large stakeholders. Where are the big banks or retailers? The only big business these guys seem involved in is selling ringtones.

I'd be willing to bet that Monoco Ltd does not have the 'promised millions' in the bank at all.
