    is monoco credible ? Does anyone one find out who has the $1 m shares BQT issued around the time 'update June 9 deal'? Do they still hold it or already sold for a hugh profit? Sound like a scam to me and recent saga re: Monoco letter is perhaps the way for BQT off the hook.
