... I agree that Genner should be in the stronger position, Monoco holds the overall Brand Card Idendifier IP but BQT owns IP essential to making it work. Monoco took nearly 12 months to get their IP integration with BQT encryption & fingerprint IP but can't move forward using it with without paying BQT, a perceived limited breach of confidentiality (BQT hasn't divulged trade secrets) even if proven (claim looks weak in my humble opinion) wouldn't let Monoco off paying BQT... I agree that those raising funds for Monoco musty wonder about the nouse of their client if they are carrying on like this other than its the old perfidious Albion trying on provoking a short-term dump of BQT in order to pick up some before Monoco Brand Card consortium is announced!?
