Summation looks good to me. I do not have a copy of the letter so it is hard to comment on in a professional manner. If someone could transcribe the letter without the personal bits I will get legal associates of mine to give an opinion regarding it. Bearing all in mind it will only be a legal opinion and not fact.
The game is still in BQT's favour with all the other contracts/deals. The Monoco deal is 1 major deal not off until there is an ASX announcement. All the other minor deals will see the SP remain above 20c until a major. The Monoco payment as we all know if it comes will see the SP fly. Either way I am long term. But will get some traders on confirmation of Monoco payments or clarification re issues. SP is now at current lows because of the Monoco uncertainty most would agree on that.
