The Tamil family facing likely torture and death if illegally returned by Australia to Sri Lanka has already suffered years of mentally torturous incarceration by Morrison's government, including almost two years on Christmas Island after forcibly removing them from Biloeola.
Despite the incredible support from the people of Biloela and from Australia in general for the family to be allowed to remain here, Morrison's oppressive regime has incarcerated them and torn the family apart when the two very young girls became very sick.
This afternoon there are reports that the three year old girl is too ill to be treated on Christmas Island. She's been forcibly removed and separated from her family and exited from Christmas Island for specialist medical attention in Perth.
Yet again, Morrison has separated a vulnerable, distressed little girl from her family and sent her thousands of kilometres away from them to an uncertain future - Morrison's mental torture of them is palpable and his disgusting inhumanity to people he doesn't care about and may even despise is in need of being tested in the ICJ.
