@oldbull26; nor do RWNJs acknowledge that the Coalition's Holy Crusades throughout the Middle East have resulted in the deaths of more than a million civilians including hundreds of thousands of kids, the mutilation of millions more and the estimated displacement of roughly 65 million people - many of whom are being temporarily housed in make-shift camps in dirt poor countries like Lebanon.
It just doesn't register with RWNJs committed to ideological and racist based warmongering that countless millions of people have been forced to seek asylum and countless millions have already qualified as refugees.
Abbott, Morrison and Dutton were quick to volunteer Australia to accept 15,000 Syrian Christians and even imported them by plane. But they've applied very different responses to desperate and vulnerable people who do not claim to be Christians. So much for sectarian government in Australia - we're as religiously bankrupt as anywhere on Earth.
