Diligent; I'd love to think that Australians were served by governments which scored well on those KPIs which define democratic practice - such as respecting Australia's official core values, openness, transparency, minimal censorship, accountability, fulfilling ministerial responsibilities and actually doing constitutional functions such as quarantine.
Clearly, Morrison's government falls short on the whole kit and caboodle!
