Interesting that in France the unemployment rate is 9% while the economy is booming but it is the skilled labor shortage that is the problem and that is the same problem in Australia.
We are bringing in people to drive cab and flip burgers when we should be training our own people to keep them of the unemployment tread mill,technology is taking jobs from workers and the pace of this will increase and this needs to be factored into the migration discussion because many of the jobs of retiring baby boomers will not available for new workers.
