is mos a better stock than cooper

maybe i'm biased, maybe i'm too close to mos for my own benefit but i cannot see that cooper is better than mos from what i have been able to suss out.

as far as i'm concerned, mos is far more conservative and far sounder than coopers.

so what is this stake cooper's has bought all about ? mos, if my memory serves me correctly, stated it wanted to get involved in the cooper basin and venture further out of it's little shell.

ok, so santos and oil search could well be concerned if mos lost it's independence. that makes sense, so we have two parties who might just become involved if a move gets made on mos. mos is worth at least 20 cents on all the fundamentals you can throww at me. more than that depends on how hurricane turns out and the jt ventures play out this yr. all will be good as far as i'm concerned. there is enough data to say so.

so is cooper's getting involved as an investment ? does it think mos will be a useful friend ? cooper's has cash and much more than mos. maybe a merger will be good should mos's acreage be fast moved ?

interesting as it is. all my thoughts and nought else.

mos has been kept by me because i believe in it. it has not done as much as maybe it could've done but the reasons are clear for this. it's not a junk stock by any means. i can see good synergies with coops. i think mos will be seeing some too.

so what would the shares for each be worth if the companied merged ? mos another 5 cents ? cooper's too ? corporate overhead savings could well be rattling a million maybe per annum. just guestimates, that's all. good for starters.

maybe mos sell will it's hurricane, it's png and use the cash with cooper's for some bigger more consolidated deal ? a lot going for it all. sit tight.

mos easily excellent value here at the 16 cent range, whatever happens.

time for something to happen. that's what mos promised.
