    Nothing went wrong. It's just another company prone to hyping announcements and never delivering. Easy to spot. In my opinion companies should not be allowed to make announcements about contract amounts without specifying clause conditions. It may contradict confidentiality clauses but this problem is rife in the stockmarket.
