I said from day 1, show me the details of the contract. In my opinion QTK was just another company given the opportunity to show their wares and the wares weren't good enough. Unlike other companies also given the opportunity QTK decided that announcing a $1bill contract would be the way to go when in fact the only contract was an opportunity to potentially earn big dollars if they won the contract. So no I don't believe anything went wrong other than they didn't win the contract.

Companies prone to hyped up announcements almost always fail to deliver.
