It's strange - since mid July it has not moved by more than 1c....

    It's strange - since mid July it has not moved by more than 1c. And then always very slowly. If it hits 12c it drops . If it hits 11c it rises. 11c or 11.5c or 12c only - for 3 months???

    A person could think that it is being controlled assiduously.
    But why???

    Any thoughts?
