It's unrelated. Oil dropped due to a massive drop in demand, whilst IO demand has remained strong (noting that supply has also dropped with Vale issues including but not limited to Coronavirus).
I'm not going to bet on exactly where IO ends up between $60 & $100 USD on any given day, but either way FMG will continue to make healthy profits into the future.
