I was watching the webinar live and Sam responded directly to my question. I asked whether the company would give shareholders an opportunity to participate in the 'final' financing of the project via a cap raise. Sam basically said it was highly unlikely. I was upset about that, because I've been keeping funds aside for that purpose.
