They're right. Trump is as guilty as Moore. They both haven't been convicted of sexual assault. If the allegations are serious, then you'd think criminal action would be taken.
The onus is on the accusers to prove their allegations. They can do it in court, until then, this is nothing but gossip and hearsay.
