Lowkey,I'm not familiar with these categories of shares and options, except that by their name,they are shares and options allocated to directors consequent upon performance targets being achieved. In my naive state of mind,if the targets have NOT been achieved, then they do not vest.
Period.
If they do,then the whole concept behind their existence ie as incentives for directors to do a good job, is absolutely meaningless.
